भाग्येशे धनभावस्थे पण्डितो जनवल्लभः । जायते धनवान् कामी स्त्रीपुत्रादिसुखान्वितः ॥ ९८॥
If Dharm‟s Lord is in Dhan Bhava, the native will be a scholar, be dear to all, wealthy, sensuous and endowed with happiness from wife, sons etc.
english translation
bhAgyeze dhanabhAvasthe paNDito janavallabhaH । jAyate dhanavAn kAmI strIputrAdisukhAnvitaH ॥ 98॥
