परमोच्चांशगे शुक्रे भाग्येशेन समन्विते । भ्रातृस्थाने शनियुते बहुभाग्याधिपो भवेत् ॥ २६॥
Fortunes. One will enjoy abundant fortunes, if Śukr is in deep exaltation and be in the company of Dharm‟s Lord, as Śani is in Sahaj.
english translation
paramoccAMzage zukre bhAgyezena samanvite । bhrAtRsthAne zaniyute bahubhAgyAdhipo bhavet ॥ 26॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगुरुणा संयुते भाग्ये तदीशे केन्द्रराशिगे । विंशद्वर्षात् परं चैव बहुभाग्यं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥ २७॥
Fortunate Periods. Abundant fortunes be acquired after the 20th year, if Dharm has Guru in it, as its Lord is in an angle from Lagn.

guruNA saMyute bhAgye tadIze kendrarAzige । viMzadvarSAt paraM caiva bahubhAgyaM vinirdizet ॥ 27॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपरमोच्चांशगे सौम्ये भाग्येशे भाग्यराशिगे । षट्त्रिंशाच्च परं चैव बहुभाग्यं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥ २८॥
Should Budh be in his deep exaltation, as Dharm‟s Lord is in Dharm itself, abundant fortunes will be earned after the 36th year.

paramoccAMzage saumye bhAgyeze bhAgyarAzige । SaTtriMzAcca paraM caiva bahubhAgyaM vinirdizet ॥ 28॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्नेशे भाग्यराशिस्थे भाग्येशे लग्नसंयुते । गुरुणा संयुते द्यूने धनवाहनलाभकृत् ॥ २९॥
Should Lagn‟s Lord be in Dharm, as Dharm‟s Lord is in Lagn and Guru is in Yuvati, there will be gains of wealth and conveyances.

lagneze bhAgyarAzisthe bhAgyeze lagnasaMyute । guruNA saMyute dyUne dhanavAhanalAbhakRt ॥ 29॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभाग्याद्भाग्यवतो राहुस्तदीशे निधनं गते । भाग्येशे नीचराशिस्थे भाग्यहीनो भवेन्नरः ॥ ३०॥
Lack of Fortunes. If Rahu is in the 9th from Dharm Bhava, as his dispositor is in Randhr Bhava and Dharm‟s Lord is in fall, the native be devoid of fortunes.

bhAgyAdbhAgyavato rAhustadIze nidhanaM gate । bhAgyeze nIcarAzisthe bhAgyahIno bhavennaraH ॥ 30॥
