पुत्रस्थानाधिपे स्वोच्चे लग्नाद्वा द्वित्रिकोणगे । गुरुणा संयुते दृष्टे पुत्रभाग्यमुपैति सः ॥ १६॥
If Putr‟s Lord is exalted, or be in Dhan, Putr, or Dharm Bhava, or be yuti with, or drishtied by Guru, obtainment of children will be there.
english translation
putrasthAnAdhipe svocce lagnAdvA dvitrikoNage । guruNA saMyute dRSTe putrabhAgyamupaiti saH ॥ 16॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptत्रिचतुःपापसंयुक्ते सुते सौम्यविवर्जिते । सुतेशे नीचराशिस्थे नीचसंस्थौ भवेच्छिशुः ॥ १७॥
One will obtain children, that will indulge in mean deeds, if Putr is occupied by three, or four malefics, while Putr‟s Lord is in fall. A benefic (including Budh) in Putr is excluded in the said combination.

tricatuHpApasaMyukte sute saumyavivarjite । suteze nIcarAzisthe nIcasaMsthau bhavecchizuH ॥ 17॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपुत्रस्थानं गते जीवे तदीशे भृगुसंयुते । द्वात्रिंशे च त्रयस्त्रिंशे वत्सरे पुत्रसम्भवः ॥ १८॥
If Putr is occupied by Guru, while its Lord is with Śukr, one will obtain an offspring in his 32nd, or 33rd year.
english translation
putrasthAnaM gate jIve tadIze bhRgusaMyute । dvAtriMze ca trayastriMze vatsare putrasambhavaH ॥ 18॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसुतेशे केन्द्रभावस्थे कारकेण समन्विते । षड्त्रिंशे त्रिंशदब्दे च पुत्रोत्पत्तिं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥ १९॥
Should Putr‟s Lord be in an angle along with Guru, the Karak, one will beget a child at the age of 30, or 36.

suteze kendrabhAvasthe kArakeNa samanvite । SaDtriMze triMzadabde ca putrotpattiM vinirdizet ॥ 19॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्नाद् भाग्यगते जीवे जीवाद् भाग्यगते भृगौ । लग्नेशे भृगुयुक्ते वा चत्वारिंशे सुतं वदेत् ॥ २०॥
If Guru is in Dharm Bhava, while Śukr is in the 9th from Guru along with Lagn‟s Lord, one will beget a child at the age of 40.
english translation
lagnAd bhAgyagate jIve jIvAd bhAgyagate bhRgau । lagneze bhRguyukte vA catvAriMze sutaM vadet ॥ 20॥
