कृशदुर्बलवृद्धानां वातार्तानां च नोद्धरेत् । नोद्धरेच्चोत्तरं दन्तं बहूपद्रवकृद्धि सः ॥ २६ ॥
Tooth should not be extracted in persons who are emaciated, debilitated, aged, and suffering from diseases of Vata origin. Tooth should not be extracted from the upper row because it leads to many complications.
