सानुनासिकवादित्वं पूतिनासः शिरोव्यथा । अष्टादशानामित्येषां यापयेद्दुष्टपीनसम् ॥ २७ ॥

continuous sneezing, nasal voice, foul smell from the nose and headache. Among the eighteen diseases described so far only Dusta Pinasa is to be treated for a long period (all the others are curable).
