सिरादिदाहस्तैरेव न दहेत्क्षारवारितान्। अन्तःशल्यासृजो भिन्नकोष्ठान् भूरिव्रणातुरान्॥४४॥
burning of the veins should be done by using the same materials enumerated in the previous verse. Contraindications for agnikarma: Burning should not be done for those who are not suitable for alkali cauterization, wounds which have foreign body (in them) or accumulation of blood inside, persons who have perforation of abdominal viscera and those who are suffering from severe wounds.
