त्वग्दाहो वर्तिगोदन्तसूर्यकान्तशरादिभिः। अर्शोभगन्दरग्रन्थिनाडीदुष्टव्रणादिषु॥४२॥

Burning of the skin should be done either with a lighted wick, tooth of a cow, rock crystal, arrow head (or others such as Piper longum, excreta of goat, iron rod, piece of bangles). Different materials used for agnikarma in different conditions Hemorrhoids, rectal fistula, tumors/cysts, sinus ulcers and bad septic, long standing and foul ulcers etc.,
