पृथुः कुठारी गोदन्तसदृशार्धाङ्गुलानना। तयोर्ध्वदण्डया विध्येदुपर्यस्थां स्थितां शिराम्॥१२॥

14, Kuthari – Axe is thick, Stout, resembling a cow’s tooth, with edge of half Angula- in length and having a wooden handle; from this the vein situated on bones should be cut leeping the handle of this Axe vertically over it.
