जत्रूर्ध्वकफवातोत्थविकाराणामजन्मने। उच्छेदाय च जातानां पिबेद्धूमं सदाऽऽत्मवान्॥१॥

The person who wishes to take care of his health should inhale herbal smoke daily to treat or to prevent the onset of diseases of the parts above the shoulders, arising from – increases of kapha and Vata.

english translation

jatrUrdhvakaphavAtotthavikArANAmajanmane। ucchedAya ca jAtAnAM pibeddhUmaM sadA''tmavAn॥1॥
