मर्शश्च प्रतिमर्शश्च द्विधा स्नेहोऽत्र मात्रया। कल्काद्यैरवपीडस्तु स तीक्ष्णैर्मूर्द्धरेचनः॥७॥

Anya Nasya Prakarah – other kinds of nasal medication : Marsha and Pratimarsha are the two subdivisions of sneha nasya- nasal medication with fat material based on the quantity –of fats used. Avapeeda is from paste (Kalka), fresh juice, decoction and it is a strong purgation to the head.
