विट्श्लेष्मपित्तादिमलोच्चयानां विक्षेपसंहारकरः स यस्मात्। तस्यातिवृद्धंस्य शमाय न्याय- द्बस्तेर्विना भेषजमस्ति किञ्चित्॥८६॥

Vata is the one responsible for transportation and destruction of the increased faeces, Kapha, Pitta and other Malas – wastes; To balance the greatly increased Vata, there is no treatment more efficient other than enema therapy.

english translation

viTzleSmapittAdimaloccayAnAM vikSepasaMhArakaraH sa yasmAt। tasyAtivRddhaMsya zamAya nyAya- dbastervinA bheSajamasti kiJcit॥86॥
