स्वभ्यक्तस्विन्नगात्रस्य तत्र वर्तिं प्रयोजयेत्। बिल्वादिश्च निरूहः स्यात्पीलुसर्षपमूत्रवान्॥९॥
To counter this complication, the patient's body must first be thoroughly lubricated with medicated oil and subjected to sudation therapy (svabhyakta-svinna-gātrasya). Following this, a strong medicinal rectal suppository (vartim) should be introduced. Additionally, a corrective decoction enema using the bilva group of herbs (as described in verse 5) must be prepared and sharply enhanced by blending in the paste of pīlu (Salvadora persica), sarṣapa (mustard seeds), and cow's urine (mūtra-vān).
