Arthashastra
दूष्य महा मात्रयोर् वा यः पुत्रः पितुः पिता वा पुत्रस्य दारान् अधिचरति, भ्राता वा भ्रातुः, तयोः कापटिक मुखः कलहः पूर्वेण व्याख्यातः ॥
The same proceedings will explain the quarrel fraudulently caused to crop up between any two seditious ministers, in whose family a son or a father has had sexual intercourse with a daughter-in-law, or a brother with the wife of another brother.
english translation
dUSya mahA mAtrayor vA yaH putraH pituH pitA vA putrasya dArAn adhicarati, bhrAtA vA bhrAtuH, tayoH kApaTika mukhaH kalahaH pUrveNa vyAkhyAtaH ॥
