वानप्रस्थाद् अन्यः प्रव्रजित भावः, सजाताद् अन्यः संघः, सामुत्थायिकाद् अन्यः समय अनुबन्धो वा न अस्य जन पदम् उपनिविशेत ॥
No ascetic other than a vánaprastha (forest-hermit), no company other than the one of local birth (sajátádanyassanghah), and no guilds of any kind other than local cooperative guilds (sámuttháyiká-danyassamayánubandhah) shall find entrance into the villages of the kingdom.
