On the second day, if the wound is still tightly bound, it will continue to be slow in healing and may cause severe pain.

english translation

Therefore, considering factors like dosha, time, strength, and so on, one should apply appropriate dietary and medicinal treatments, and adhere to proper lifestyle practices.

english translation

One should not hastily apply internal treatments while the dosha is still active; even with minimal improper management, it can lead to internal aggravation and further complications.

english translation

Thus, one should ensure that the wound is well-healed both internally and externally. Even if the wound appears to be well-established, one should avoid overexertion, excessive exercise, and other detrimental factors. Additionally, avoid excitement, anger, and fear until stability is achieved.

english translation

During the Hemanta (late autumn), Shishira (winter), and Vasant (spring) seasons, and also in the Chārada (autumn), Grishma (summer), and Varsha (monsoon) seasons, the intelligent practitioner should remove the bandage after three days, or alternatively after two days, as needed.
