कफः पित्तं मलः खेषु स्वेदः स्यान्नखरोम च । नेत्रविट् त्वक्षु च स्नेहो धातूनां क्रमशो मलाः ॥५२९॥
In the body, mucus (Kapha), bile (Pitta), and feces are the waste products of the respective elements: sweat, nails, and hair. The eyes, skin, and other secretions are sequentially eliminated as waste from the tissues.
