बल्यं वर्णकरं सम्यगनुपानं सदोच्यते । तदादौ कर्शयेत्पीतं स्थापयेन्मध्यसेवितम् ॥४३८॥
An accompaniment that is strengthening and improves complexion is considered the best. It should be consumed in moderation: first drink a small amount to see its effect, then continue with the recommended quantity.
