बल्यं वर्णकरं सम्यगनुपानं सदोच्यते । तदादौ कर्शयेत्पीतं स्थापयेन्मध्यसेवितम् ॥४३८॥
An accompaniment that is strengthening and improves complexion is considered the best. It should be consumed in moderation: first drink a small amount to see its effect, then continue with the recommended quantity.

वह अनुपान जो बलवर्धक और रंग सुधारक हो, श्रेष्ठ माना जाता है। इसे पहले थोड़ी मात्रा में पिएं और उसके प्रभाव को देखें, फिर मध्यम मात्रा में सेवन करें।
