1. Ervāruka with sugar added, which has a shriveled or deteriorated root, is effective in managing Kapha (mucus). 2. It is alkaline, sweet, helps in breaking down (or cleansing), stimulates digestion, is beneficial for the heart, and is also light and easy to digest.

1. एर्वारुक जिसमें चीनी मिलाई जाती है और जिसका जड़ सूखा या बिगड़ा हुआ हो, कफ (म्यूकस) के प्रबंधन में प्रभावी होती है। 2. यह क्षारीय, मधुर होती है, टूटने (या साफ करने) में सहायक होती है, पाचन को उत्तेजित करती है, हृदय के लिए लाभकारी होती है, और हल्की तथा आसानी से पचने वाली होती है।
