For those who have consumed large quantities of emetic drugs prepared with fruit and pippali, such as those mixed with powders of Utpal and similar substances, vomiting is induced. This treatment is effective for various disorders caused by the primary doshas and should be administered with a dose of gruel made from barley when the patient is suffering from severe vomiting.
