जो उपाय रोग को शांत करता है और किसी अन्य रोग का कारण नहीं बनाता, वही सही क्रिया मानी जाती है। यदि वह एक रोग को तो दूर करता है लेकिन किसी अन्य रोग को जन्म देता है, तो उसे सही क्रिया नहीं माना जाता।
