Sushruta Samhita
यस्तूभयज्ञो मतिमान् स समर्थोऽर्थसाधने । आहवे कर्म निर्वोढुं द्विचक्रः स्यन्दनो यथा ॥५३॥
One who is knowledgeable in both theory and practice, and who is proficient in the application of his skills, is capable of performing tasks successfully, much like a well-functioning two-wheeled chariot that smoothly accomplishes its journey.
