ततो व्रणं समुन्नम्य स्थापयित्वा यथास्थितम् | सीव्येत् सूक्ष्मेण सूत्रेण वल्केनाश्मन्तकस्य वा ||२०||

Then, the wound should be elevated and held in place properly. It should be sutured with a fine thread, with either a thin piece of cloth or thread made from Ashmantaka or other materials.

english translation

फिर, घाव को ऊंचा करके ठीक से स्थित करें। इसे सूक्ष्म सूत्र से सीवना चाहिए, जिसमें पतले कपड़े या आश्मन्तक के बने धागे का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
