सञ्चयेऽपहृता दोषा लभन्ते नोत्तरा गतीः । ते तूत्तरासु गतिषु भवन्ति बलवत्तराः ॥३७॥

Doshas that are retained in the accumulation phase do not attain a higher state of movement. However, when they enter the stages of aggravation, spread, and localization, they become more powerful.

english translation

संचय अवस्था में संचित दोष अधिक गति प्राप्त नहीं करते। परंतु, जब वे प्रकोप, प्रसार, और स्थानसंश्रय के चरणों में प्रवेश करते हैं, तो वे अधिक बलशाली हो जाते हैं।

saJcaye'pahRtA doSA labhante nottarA gatIH । te tUttarAsu gatiSu bhavanti balavattarAH ॥37॥
