अस्कन्दमाने रुधिरे सन्धानानि प्रयोजयेत् । सन्धाने भ्रश्यमाने तु पाचनैः समुपाचरेत् ॥४१॥
If the blood is not coagulating, use methods for coagulation. If the coagulation is failing, then treat with digestion methods.
english translation
यदि रक्त जम नहीं रहा है, तो संधान विधियों का उपयोग करें। यदि संधान विफल हो रहा है, तो पाचन विधियों से उपचार करें।
