तं नातिशीतैर्लघुभिः स्निग्धैः शोणितवर्धनैः । ईषदम्लैरनम्लैर्वा भोजनैः समुपाचरेत् ॥३८॥
The blood should be treated with moderately warm, light, and nourishing foods. It should be managed with either mildly sour or non-sour foods.

रक्त का उपचार मध्यम गरम, हल्के, और पौष्टिक आहार से किया जाना चाहिए। इसे थोड़े खट्टे या न खट्टे भोजन से प्रबंधित किया जाना चाहिए।
