गुल्मदोषसमुत्थानाद्विद्रधेर्गुल्मकस्य च । कस्मान्न पच्यते गुल्मो विद्रधिः पाकमेति च ॥२९॥
Due to the imbalance of doshas, both a tumor (Gulma) and an abscess (Vidradhi) arise. Why does a tumor not mature, while an abscess goes through the maturation process?

दोषों के असंतुलन के कारण गुल्म और विद्रधि दोनों उत्पन्न होते हैं। क्यों गुल्म पकता नहीं है, जबकि विद्रधि पक जाती है?
