निरुध्यते चास्य गुदे पुरीषं निरेति कृच्छ्रादपि चाल्पमल्पम् । हृन्नाभिमध्ये परिवृद्धिमेति त(य)च्चोदरं विट्समगन्धिकं च ॥१८॥
The stool does not pass easily, and even a small amount is expelled with difficulty. The abdomen enlarges around the heart and navel, leading to the condition known as Udara, which has a foul odor.

पुरीष आसानी से बाहर नहीं आता, और यहाँ तक कि थोड़ी मात्रा में भी इसे कठिनाई से निकाला जाता है। हृदय और नाभि के चारों ओर पेट का आकार बढ़ जाता है, जिससे उदर नामक स्थिति उत्पन्न होती है, जिसकी दुर्गंध होती है।
