सप्ताहाद्वा दशाहाद्वा पक्षाद्वा न्घन्ति मानवम् । तामग्निरोहिणीं विद्यादसाध्यां सन्निपाततः ॥२०॥
If blisters persist for a week, ten days, or for a fortnight, they are to be understood as fiery and unmanageable due to a state of collapse.

यदि फफोले सप्ताह, दस दिन, या पक्ष (चौदह दिन) तक बने रहते हैं, तो इन्हें अग्निसमान और असाध्य माना जाना चाहिए, जो सन्निपात के कारण होते हैं।
