इति ग्रन्थीनां निदानं समाप्तम् । हन्वस्थिकक्षाक्षकबाहुसन्धिमन्यागलेषूपचितं तु मेदः । ग्रन्थिं स्थिरं वृत्तमथायतं वा स्निग्धं कफश्चाल्परुजं करोति ॥१०॥
Thus ends the Nidana of Granthi. The fat accumulated in the joints, such as the bones, the elbows, and the other regions, either causes a firm and rounded swelling or a smooth, cold, and slightly painful one due to the predominance of Kapha.

इस प्रकार ग्रंथियों का निदान समाप्त होता है। हड्डियों, कोहनियों और अन्य क्षेत्रों में संचित मेद या तो एक स्थिर और गोलाकार ग्रंथि का कारण बनाता है या कफ की प्रधानता के कारण एक चिकनी, ठंडी और थोड़ी दर्दनाक ग्रंथि का निर्माण करता है।
