Sushruta Samhita
यस्मादत्यर्थमुष्णं च तीक्ष्णं च पठितं विषम् । अतः सर्वविषेषूक्तः परिषेकस्तु शीतलः ॥३०॥
Since the poison that is extremely hot and sharp has been described, it is stated that the cooling process (Pariṣeka) is effective for all types of poison.

चूंकि अत्यधिक गर्म और तीखे जहर का वर्णन किया गया है, इसलिए यह कहा गया है कि शीतलन प्रक्रिया (परिषेक) सभी प्रकार के जहर के लिए प्रभावी है।
