ततः सृष्ट्वा प्रजाः शेषं तदा तं क्रोधमीश्वरः । विन्यस्तवान् स भूतेषु स्थावरेषु चरेषु च ॥२२॥
Then, after creating the remaining beings, the Lord, filled with wrath, placed him (the demon) in the stationary and moving creatures.

फिर, शेष प्राणियों की रचना करने के बाद, भगवान ने क्रोध से भरकर, उसे (राक्षस को) स्थिर और गतिशील प्राणियों में रख दिया।
