वैशद्यादतिरिच्येत दुश्चिकित्स्यं च लाघवात् । दुर्हरं चाविपाकित्वात्तस्मात् क्लेशयते चिरम् ॥२३॥
Due to its therapeutic properties, it is considered highly effective, but it can be difficult to treat when the condition is aggravated by lightness or when the digestion is weak. Therefore, it causes prolonged distress.
