द्विराचरेन्मध्यबलस्त्रीन् वारान् दुर्बलस्तथा । केचिदेवं क्रमं प्राहुर्मन्दमध्योत्तमाग्निषु ॥१८॥

A patient of medium strength should follow the regimen twice, while a weak patient should do so three times. Some authorities state that this order should be observed according to the state of digestion: weak, medium, and strong.

मध्यम शक्ति वाले रोगी को इस नियम का पालन दो बार करना चाहिए, जबकि कमजोर रोगी को ऐसा तीन बार करना चाहिए। कुछ अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इस क्रम को पाचन की स्थिति के अनुसार देखा जाना चाहिए: कमजोर, मध्यम और मजबूत।
