शुक्रोत्सेकं शर्करामश्मरीं च शूलं बस्तौ वङ्क्षणे मेहने च । घोरानन्यान् बस्तिजांश्चापि रोगान् हित्वा मेहानुत्तरो हन्ति बस्तिः ॥१२६॥
The discharge of semen, sugar, and lithiasis (stone disease) can lead to pain in the rectum and disorders related to enema, including severe conditions. However, the enema is effective in alleviating the distress caused by these ailments, particularly in urinary conditions.
