तिर्यक्प्रणिहिते नेत्रे तथा पार्श्वावपीडिते । मुखस्यावरणाद्बस्तिर्न सम्यक् प्रतिपद्यते । ऋजु नेत्रं विधेयं स्यात्तत्र सम्यग्विजानता ॥५॥

When the pipe is placed obliquely or if it causes pressure on the sides, the Vasti (enema) will not be properly administered due to obstruction of the mouth. Therefore, the mouth of the pipe should be held straight by an experienced physician.

जब पाइप तिरछा रखा जाता है या किनारों पर दबाव पड़ता है, तो मुंह में रुकावट के कारण वस्ति (एनीमा) ठीक से नहीं लग पाती। इसलिए पाइप का मुंह किसी अनुभवी चिकित्सक से सीधा रखना चाहिए।
