अग्नेर्दीप्तिं मार्दवं त्वक्प्रसादं भक्तश्रद्धां स्रोतसां निर्मलत्वम् । कुर्यात् स्वेदो हन्ति निद्रां सतन्द्रां सन्धीन् स्तब्धांश्चेष्टयेदाशु युक्तः ॥२२॥
The sweating process brings forth the brilliance of Agni, the softness of the skin, the satisfaction of the devotee, and the purity of the channels. It destroys sleep, strengthens awareness, and quickly invigorates the joints when done with proper technique.

पसीना निकलने की प्रक्रिया अग्नि की चमक, त्वचा की कोमलता, भक्त की संतुष्टि और नाड़ियों की शुद्धता लाती है। यह नींद को नष्ट करती है, जागरूकता को मजबूत करती है और उचित तकनीक के साथ किए जाने पर जोड़ों को जल्दी से सक्रिय करती है।
