दीप्तान्तरग्निः परिशुद्धकोष्ठः प्रत्यग्रधातुर्बलवर्णयुक्तः । दृढेन्द्रियो मन्दजरः शतायुः स्नेहोपसेवी पुरुषो भवेत्तु ॥५६॥

A person with a glowing inner fire, a purified gastrointestinal tract, strong tissues, and robust senses, who is of moderate constitution and enjoys the benefits of oil, shall possess a hundred years of life.

english translation

जिस व्यक्ति की आंतरिक अग्नि प्रज्वलित हो, जठरांत्र मार्ग शुद्ध हो, ऊतक मजबूत हों, इंद्रियां सुदृढ़ हों, शारीरिक संरचना संयमित हो तथा तेल के लाभों का आनंद लेता हो, वह सौ वर्ष तक जीवित रहता है।
