पिबेत्त्र्यहं चतुरहं पञ्चाहं षडहं तथा । सप्तरात्रात् परं स्नेहः सात्म्यीभवति सेवितः ॥३६॥

One should consume it for three days, four days, five days, six days, and then for seven nights; after this period, the potency of the oil becomes effective when taken properly.

इसका सेवन तीन दिन, चार दिन, पांच दिन, छह दिन और फिर सात रातों तक करना चाहिए; इस अवधि के बाद, उचित रूप से सेवन करने पर तेल की शक्ति प्रभावी हो जाती है।
