दृश्यते च जलान्तेषु मेध्या ब्रह्मसुवर्चला । आदित्यपर्णिनी ज्ञेया तथैव हिमसङ्क्षये ॥३१॥
The Brahma-suvarchala species is observed in the waters, and the Aditya parnini is known to thrive in the cold of winter.

ब्रह्म-सुवर्चला प्रजाति जल में देखी जाती है, तथा आदित्य पर्णिनी शीत ऋतु की ठंड में पनपती है।

The region of the earth, covered by ant-hills, is known to extend three Yojanas. In that place, the white variety of Kapoti is recognized, growing on the tops of these ant-hills.

पृथ्वी का वह क्षेत्र जो चींटियों के टीलों से घिरा हुआ है, तीन योजन तक विस्तृत है। उस स्थान पर उन टीलों के शिखरों पर उगने वाले श्वेत कपोती नामक पौधे की पहचान होती है।
