सर्पाकारा लोहितान्ता श्वेतकापोतिरुच्यते । द्विपर्णिनीं मूलभवामरुणां कृष्णमण्डलाम् ॥११॥
The plant resembling a serpent, having red ends, is known as Shvetakapoti. It has two leaves, originates from the root, is crimson in color, and has a blackish circle.

सर्प के समान दिखने वाला, लाल सिरे वाला यह पौधा श्वेतकापोती के नाम से जाना जाता है। इसमें दो पत्ते होते हैं, यह जड़ से निकलता है, इसका रंग लाल होता है, तथा इसका घेरा काला होता है।

One should recognize the Gonasa as having two jewels in its essence, with a shape like that of a goat. It is capable of producing milk, has a soft texture, and resembles the juice of sugarcane.

गोनासा को दो रत्नों से युक्त माना जाता है, इसका आकार बकरी जैसा होता है। यह दूध देने में सक्षम है, इसकी बनावट मुलायम होती है और यह गन्ने के रस जैसा दिखता है।
