उष्णं हैमे वसन्ते च कामं ग्रीष्मे तु शीतलम् । हेमन्ते च वसन्ते च सीध्वरिष्टौ पिबेन्नरः ॥१०४॥

In the winter and spring, water should be warm; in summer, it should be cool. During autumn and spring, one should drink water that is neither too hot nor too cold.

सर्दी और वसंत में, पानी गर्म होना चाहिए; गर्मियों में, पानी ठंडा होना चाहिए। पतझड़ और वसंत में, किसी को न तो बहुत गर्म और न ही बहुत ठंडा पानी पीना चाहिए।
