मेदोजे स्वेदिते भिन्ने शोधिते ज्वलनो हितः । प्रियङ्गुत्रिफलालोध्रं सक्षौद्रं प्रतिसारणम् ॥९॥

In cases where fat-based swelling is treated by fomentation, incision, and purification, application of fire (cauterization) is beneficial. A paste made of Priyangu, Triphala, and Lodhra mixed with honey should be used as a topical preparation.
