मनःशिलातालकुष्ठदारुकल्कैः प्रलेपयेत् । परिपाकगतान् भित्त्वा व्रणवत् समुपाचरेत् ॥६॥
"Apply a paste made of Manahshila, Talaka, Kushta, and Daru to the affected area. Once they reach maturation, incise and treat them as per wound management."

"प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर मनहशिला, तलका, कुष्ठ और दारू का लेप लगाएं। एक बार जब वे परिपक्व हो जाएं, तो उन्हें काट लें और घाव प्रबंधन के अनुसार उनका इलाज करें।"
