गुल्फस्याधः सिरां विध्येच्छ्लीपदे पित्तसम्भवे । पित्तघ्नीं च क्रियां कुर्यात् पित्तार्बुदविसर्पवत् ॥५५॥
In the case of swelling in the ankle due to Pitta, the vein should be punctured below the ankle. The treatment should be conducted similarly to that for Pitta-Arbuda and Visarpa.
