तिलैः सपञ्चाङ्गुलपत्रमिश्रैः संशोधयेत् सैन्धवसम्प्रयुक्तैः । शुद्धं व्रणं वाऽप्युपरोपयेत्तु तैलेन रास्नासरलान्वितेन ॥७॥

One should cleanse the wound with sesame oil mixed with five-fingered leaves and sea salt. If the wound is clean, one should apply it with oil infused with Rāsnā and Sārala.

तिल के तेल को पांच अंगुली के पत्तों और समुद्री नमक के साथ मिलाकर घाव को साफ करना चाहिए। यदि घाव शुद्ध है, तो इसे रास्ना और सारला के तेल के साथ लगाना चाहिए।
