कटुत्रिकक्षौद्रयुताः समूत्रा भक्ष्या यवान्नानि रसाश्च मौद्गाः । सशृङ्गवेराः सपटोलनिम्बा हिताय देया गलगण्डरोगे ॥५१॥

For the treatment of goitre, one should take sour mixtures with sharpness and salt, along with the prescribed medicinal preparations. Foods such as young shoots of the leaves and raw vegetables should be consumed for healing.

गलगण्ड रोग के उपचार के लिए, तेज और खट्टे मिश्रणों के साथ नमक लें, साथ ही निर्धारित औषधीय तैयारियों का सेवन करें। जैसे युवा पत्तियों की कोंपलें और कच्ची सब्जियाँ खाने से लाभ होगा।
