शुद्धे च तैलं विदधीत भार्गीविडङ्गपाठात्रिफलाविपक्वम् । यदृच्छया चोपगतानि पाकं पाकक्रमेणोपचरेद्विधिज्ञः ॥४०॥

The knowledgeable physician should prepare purified oil using Bhargī, Vidiṅga, and matured Trifala. If any ingredients are obtained by chance, they should be utilized according to the cooking process.
