अर्बुदादिषु चोत्क्षिप्य मूले सूत्रं निधापयेत् । सूचीभिर्यववक्राभिराचितान् वा समन्ततः । मूले सूत्रेण बध्नीयाच्छिन्ने चोपचरेद्व्रणम् ॥३३॥

In cases of tumors and similar conditions, the thread should be placed at the root, surrounded by needles or thin, curved objects. The thread should be tied at the root, and if it is cut, the wound should be treated accordingly.

english translation

गठित (अर्बुद) और समान स्थितियों में, सूत्र को जड़ पर रखा जाना चाहिए, जो सुइयों या पतले, मुड़े हुए वस्तुओं से घिरा हो। सूत्र को जड़ पर बांधा जाना चाहिए, और यदि इसे काटा जाता है, तो व्रण का उपचार उसी अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए।
