गणस्य बिल्वादिकपञ्चमूल्याश्चतुर्गुणं क्षीरमथापि तद्वत् । प्रस्थं विपक्वं परिषेचनेन पैत्तीर्निहन्यात्तु विसर्पनाडीः ॥१२॥

The decoction of the group of five roots, including Bilva and others, mixed with four times the quantity of milk, should be used in the treatment of chronic conditions through external application. It effectively helps in the management of the condition known as Visarpanadi.

बिल्व और अन्य पांच मूल जड़ी-बूटियों का काढ़ा, जिसमें चार गुना मात्रा में दूध मिलाया गया हो, को पुरानी स्थितियों के उपचार में बाह्य रूप से लगाया जाना चाहिए। यह विसर्पनाडी नामक स्थिति के प्रबंधन में प्रभावी है।
