स्वेदाभ्यङ्गपरा नित्यं भवेत् क्रोधविवर्जिता । पयो वातहरैः सिद्धं दशाहं भोजने हितम् ॥२६॥
"Daily, the patient should receive oil massage and steam treatments, avoiding anger. The milk prepared with wind-reducing herbs should be consumed for ten days, as it is beneficial."

"रोगी को प्रतिदिन तेल मालिश और भाप उपचार मिलना चाहिए, क्रोध से बचते हुए। वायुहर औषधियों से तैयार किया गया दूध दस दिनों तक सेवन करना चाहिए, क्योंकि यह लाभदायक होता है।"
